The acquisition of Spencer Coatings Group will enable Axalta to serve clients present in the United Kingdom and also expand to new regions.

Also, Axalta Coating Systems acquired Valspar’s North American Industrial wood coatings business, a leading coatings provider especially for distributors involved in industrial woods market and OEMs. The business’s strong and versatile brands such as Ultraguard^TM, Zenith, Color Choice and Lifeshield^TM will bond with performance coatings product portfolio and services of Axalta.
